RentMy is an independent student project run by two university students in Malaysia. It is not a registered company. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
RentMy only connects students and hosts. We are not a landlord, agent or broker, and we are not a party to any rental agreement. Any agreement, payment or dispute is between the people involved. We don't handle rent or deposits, and we can't guarantee that a listing or a user is accurate, available or safe.
Be 18 or over and give accurate details. Only post places you're entitled to rent out and photos you have the right to use. Keep your listings up to date and mark them rented when taken. Don't post anything misleading, unlawful or abusive.
View a place in person and don't pay a deposit before you have. If a listing looks wrong, use “Report listing”. Listings with several reports are hidden while they are checked, and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your account menu. The site is provided as is, and we may change these terms; using the site after a change means you accept it.
